Shipping & Returns

DELIVERY TIME:
Most of our products are manufactured to order and will ship in 7-12 business days. We do stock a limited inventory of some products, if you have immediate needs please contact our Customer Service and we will do our best to meet your specific shipping requirements.

TAILGATE (DOCK-TO-DOCK) DELIVERY:
As part of the common carrier driver ICC regulations, truck drivers are required only to bring merchandise to the tailgate (end) of their vehicle. It is then the customers responsibility to remove it from the truck. If you do not have the personnel or facilities to handle unloading, we suggest the Lift Gate Service and/or Inside Delivery. These services may be requested before the shipment leaves the factory. Additional charges apply for Inside Delivery. Inside delivery does not automatically include lift gate service. If there is no receiving dock you should request a lift gate to lower the merchandise from the end of truck to ground level. If inside delivery is requested, the driver will assist someone from your business in moving merchandise off the truck into the building. If there is an elevator available, the driver may also assist in taking the merchandise to any floor above or below the delivery floor. If no elevator exists, the driver will only assist in bringing the merchandise into the entrance on the ground floor. If there are steps, additional help will be required. You are responsible for unpacking and debris removal.

SHIPPING SHORTAGES & DAMAGES & CLAIMS:
Upon receipt of your order, open and inspect all packages immediately--you must check your order for damage and verify that you have received the correct items. Order shortages such as missing items and/or any visible shipping damages must be noted on the shipping receipt (freight bill) at the time of delivery (signed by both the driver and the recipient) and a claim filed with the carrier. Any orders accepted and signed by the customer without any such note, will be considered complete. It is then the customer's responsibility to notify National Cabinets of any such issues within 24 hours of accepting the delivery to obtain information on how to report the loss/damage to the freight company and proper procedure for filling out a claim. All other shipping damages, including concealed damages discovered after cartons are opened, must be reported by the customer within 15 days of receipt of merchandise to the freight company and inspection requested. Be sure to retain all packing materials for the inspection. We are not responsible for lost shipments. You must file a lost shipment freight claim with the freight company. All items that have been installed and/or are not in their original packaging cannot be claimed as damaged.

SHIPPING & HANDLING FEES:
We ship to the contiguous US only (48 lower states & D.C.). Your order will be delivered in 5-8 business days after all of your items are assembled and available to ship. All orders over $1,500.00 qualify for Free Shipping. The table below shows some of our shipping fees (the actual shipping fees can be displayed by clicking the Estimate Shipping button in the shopping cart):

CANCELLATIONS:
We will consider requests for minor changes or cancellations to an order in writing within 24 hours after the order has been received. If your order has already been sent to the factory floor for assembly, no changes/cancellations will be allowed.

RETURNS:
All sales are final and returns are not permitted except in those cases when items arrive damaged because of shipping. Discrepancies and/or damage must be reported to National Cabinets immediately. Damage or loss due to the carrier must be reported to the carrier prior to accepting your delivery. Please call for an authorization number prior to returning any merchandise. No returns will be accepted without a return authorization number (we will take no responsibility on any items sent back to us without proper return authorization). It is the customer's responsibility to pay return freight. Credit will be issued upon receipt and inspection of product at our facility.
